you should always practice safe sex if your HIV+ no matter what drug or drugs your taking. I have been positive since 1989 . If your viral load is undetectable you have less of a chance BUT you still can transmit the virus no matter what drug or drugs your on and what risky behaviors you practice. In my life I lived with a man for 14 years and he was negative and I did not transmit the virus to him but we ALWAYS practiced safe sex and NEVER practiced any risky behaviors and my viral load was undetectable. Please be careful and I hope this helps... living with HIV is NOT fun, I have been on several cocktails, but we can still live and love just be safe!Practice SAFE sex and no risky behaviors. I have not been on Complera but I do take Viread which is one of the meds in Complera, Again hope this helps you.
