... called zamadol in the United Kingdom but no place in the United States???
The extended release meds start at 100 mg I believe. Because its close to the sum of immediate action pills you take in a day. I found that the extended release is better then the ir. The extended release is a once a day dosing. There isn't a difference with zamadol, its tramadol. Its just that it comes in a smaller dose. This doesn't make sense to me because most people take more then 50 mg a day.
