Been having knee pain and I was told to ice it and take ibuprofen but it doesn't help much I have tramadol and Robaxin for another situation but can I take all three and maybe I'll get relief? Just want to know if it is safe to take ibuprofen, tramadol and Robaxin at one time together

Remember more is NOT better. Remember as well: your doctor prescribed you this medication probably so you don't have to take a "cocktail" just to treat one symptom. Talk to your doctor, he can up the dosage perhaps or replace it with another medication. I reccomend maybe Zanaflex but it's extremely strong so you usually start at 2mg a day but I'm sure it would loosen you up in my opinion. Plus definitely probably help you sleep. Sweet dreams!
As for the original question I don't know your medical background and that could be potentially hazardous as I've stated here. I'm NO doctor, just a guy who've gone through a lot, as well as medications as well unfortunately, but I've learned well through experience mixing medications can lead to being a BAD problem.
