Does Tramadol contain Hydracodoin?

No tramadol is tramadol. It doesnt have hydrocodone in it or is it related to hydrocodone. Tramadol is an "opioid-like" drug. It is not a derivative of the poppy plant. It does act on the opioid receptors in the brain though which makes it "opioid like" It is actually more closely related chemically to antidepressants.

Hi, i just wanted to add, that you can get a version of Tramadol that contains Acetaminophen, but it would be clearly marked. Maybe you are getting confused because of the name 'Tramadol Hydrochloride'?
