I thought it was because of menopause but I stopped estrogen because I realized it didn't make any difference. I am now 64 yrs. young and when I get the hot flushes people think I am still in menopause. Someone suggested taking an antihistamine to help the sweating. I hope it helps me as I am not getting a good night's sleep . Any ideas please ?
