Does anyone know if Tramadol comes in a 500 mg form? If so, is it a tablet or capsule and is it extended release? Also is it one of the Tramadol combination medications with Tylenol (Acetaminophen) in it? The highest I've found while trying to research it, is a 300 mg. ... Thank you
Tramadol does come in an ER version and a version with acetaminophen. I didn't find a higher dose pill than 300mg and all appear to be pills, not capsules. Tramadol extended-release should be swallowed whole, not chewed, crushed or split.
If you go to this link you'll see that 500 mg per day isn't recommended, let alone all in one pill: https://www.drugs.com/dosage/tramadol.html#Usual_Adult_Dose_for_Pain
Hi, as far as i know, no it doesn't. It isn't recommended to exceed 400mg per day. The highest dose ER Tramadol tablet is 300mg. It is the immediate release version that is combined with Acetaminophen.
Tramadol comes in 50 mg ir tabs and 100,200,300 er. tabs. No 500
