maddensc0069, welcome to the site.I am very sorry no one has answered your question sooner. Tramacet is tramadol with acetaphetmine or tylenol. Pecocet is oxycodone with tylenol. You did not say what you are taking them for, chronic pain or what. That would help in answering your question. If you have chronic pain a better choice would be oxycodone which does not have the tylenol in it.Tramadol or tramacet can cause seizures if stopped suddenly & is addictive the same as percocets can be I am going to give you the links to read about both of these meds below.
