How do I track the frequency of my pvc's? I jave looked into fitbits etc and have not been able to find one that will track "skipped heartbeats". There must be a way as I see many people stating percentages or rates, but no one says how they get the data. I am not able to sit and take my pulse continously.
Thats a good question. That would be awesome if they made something commercially that we could purchase to keep track of these horrible little guys. My guess, however, from those who are stating percentage/rates are based off of numbers they received while wearing some type of halter/event monitor through their cardiologist. That was the only way I knew I was in the thousands per day with my pvc's. I knew it was a lot because they were relentless, but I never would've guessed in the thousands.
