I have recently started taking the drug (25mg) and have been feeling extremely tired throughout the day despite taking it at night time. I have only been on the drug for 4 days now and am unsure whether tiredness is definitely caused by it or not.
I am worried to up my dosage to twice a day after a week if I am already feeling so tired on such a low dosage.
Anyone have any suggestions, or experienced similar?

Ive been on Topiramate for a year and a half now and i still experience the same thing. My doctor told me to use it for 6 month and still i was having problems so he recommendedfor me to take it ever other day.
Doing this has helped im still tired but it has helped domesticallywith my migrains and its an ok traid for me.
