Tonight I cooked chicken and it had blood in the middle should I be worried?
I hope you didn't eat it like that. You can become very ill from eating raw or undercooked chicken. The first time I cooked fried chicken is turned out the same way. Fried chicken is the hardest meat to cook properly as far as I'm concerned. It always seems to get brown on the outside before it's done in the middle. Best wishes.

Absolutely NO! You could ge samonella or even ecoli. All meat has to be cooked thouroughly to 160degess in the middle. The presence of blood is a warning it was not cooked long enough. I always brown it first, then add a wee amount of water, & turn the burner down to low & put a lid on it & let it simmer for 30 minutes at least. If it gets too mushy on the crisp, remove the lid & fire up a bit before serving. Better safe than sorry... Mary
