The interactions checker on drugs.com said there is no known interaction between naproxen and ibuprofen. However, I must caution you that since they are both NSAIDS, you should take them sparingly. The maximum dosage of ibuprophen is 3200mg in a 24-hour period. If you are also taking naproxen, you cannot take the maximum daily dosage of both. You can develop GI problems or bleeding. Just be careful and limit the amount you take.
You should alternate them every 2 hours according to recommendation given to me by my doctor under a similar situation, but for no longer than 24 hours.
Taking 2 NSAIDS can be rough on your stomach. I'd stick to the one that works best.
