I used to only take pills when I was sick, but these days (in my mid-50s) I'm up to 4 pills a day sometimes more with supplements. My doctor has finally convinced me that I'm not as young as I used to be and I have to get better about managing my health. I'm an analyst by trade. I like to have numbers for everything. I like charts. Are there any tools to collect and track data about my medications and how they impact my health? Basically, something that lets me track that I took my drug, and then the metrics associated with its success or failure.
Hello TerryLear. I understand. You can actually take a drug you've been on, or currently taking and read up on it, make your own profile around that particular drug. A history if you will. I've managed to more or less keep a medical history over the years. Its interesting. enables me to look back, doctors, various drugs, how my system built up tolerances and so on. This site has a med notes. Top of the page you might click on the icon for web notes. Take it from there if you might. Regards, pledge
