Sometimes it takes more than one treatment. If it isn't gone within 2 weeks, see your doctor. It could be a different infection altogether. Also, are you taking a probiotic? These, taken daily while on an antibiotic, or during stressful times, etc. can help balance things out in your GI tract - healing the infection from within your body. You can get probiotics at health food stores, drug stores, and even in the supermarket. Some need to stay refrigerated - these are active cultures - Alive. They need to stay cool to stay alive.
