Yes, olive oil is just a different type of fat. It's healthy for our systems, but we need to listen to what our bodies can handle. Peanuts, peanut butter, and peanut oil are healthy and nutritious, unless you are allergic to peanuts. It was on the news today that a 17 year old boy died after eating half of a cookie-It was made with peanut oil. A plate of fried calamari is not good for a person, where fat and oil sets GERD off. Your body doesn't know the difference between calamari or french fries-your body says- GREASE-OIL HELP!!
