I have secondary progressive MS I am on baclofen 30mgs X 3times day Domperidone 10mg tablets x 3per day Oxybutynin 10mg modified-release tablets 1per night Tramadol 150ms 2per day slow release they have added Tizanidine as I have been having more leg spams & bladder spasms at night
Hi. Wishing you well. I've restarted Tizanidine at 2mg increasing to 4 mg after 5 days. I've tried 6 & 8 mg b4 but with little effect.
I've had HSCT for my MS which went well. All the best.
I take Baclofen during the day and tizanidine at night. The tizanidine definitely has more of a sedative effect so best to only take it at night for me. But, since they're different classes of meds, it should be fine to take both. Also, you can always call your pharmacist or doctor who can ease your worries or let you know if there's a major problem.
