Most treatments will make you deficient in riboflavins which is Vit B2. Try taking Vit C & B complex supplements. Chia seeds in orange juice as a gel also gives you energy. Almonds and Sunflower Seeds will help too and with other symptoms also... like preventing headaches and stomach upsets too.
