Hi Casey, as far as I know it is just plain Calcium Carbonate. It is not a controlled substance and as such has no FDA pregnancy warnings; it is listed as "Not classified". Who told you it was harmful during pregnancy? I do wonder why it is needed however?
If a doctor told you that I would be seeking a second opinion.

Take care.
