why in the pharmacy not on the shelfs pills are only thing i can find in titrolac but i will try the pharmacy they never have it listed why?
Simethicone is the additive in Titralac Plus. It brakes the surface tension on bubbles so you can get rid of gas. We buy jell caps at the pharmacy of just Simethicone since the Titralac plus is no longer available. Take just the jell cap or with your antacid for the same results of Titralac Plus. Simethicone is basically chemically inert. Won't hurt you. We just gave it to an old dog that is bloated and probably dying. Yes it's OK for dogs.
