The logo is either an "M," a "3," or a capital "E." The letter is very rounded, and there is a circle around it. The pill is TINY. Any ideas what it is?
That weird looking 'E' may be the greek symbol Sigma. So it would be "Sigma pharma" made before it became Sigma-tau pharmaceuticals.
Could the be it? : https://www.drugs.com/imprints/logo-e-5-15884.html
Forgive me if I am wrong, but your description came up with 1502 matches so I had to look at the search differently.
