If I drink the night before I start Campral what happens? Do you have do be quit to start it?
If you take Campral while still drinking small amounts will generally do nothing to your body. The issue here is that you seem not to really want to put in the 100% effort to achieve the abstinence goal (I'm making an assumption here; I can see you want to quit, but want it to be easy).
Campral will do nothing to affect any withdrawal like symptoms that you may experience.
Campral is supposed to be taken after you have quit drinking being that it works by restoring your brain chemistry to something more normal than an alcohol affected brain. If drinking continues you are just wasting money. Campral can make it easier to stay sober only for as long as you stay sober. It does not magically cure your craving for alcohol.
