It depends on whether duloxetine makes you sleepy or gives you insomnia. It can do either or neither. Take in the morning if it tends to keep you up and in the evening if it makes you sleepy. Just remember to take it approximately 24 hrs. apart. For doses over 30 mg take half in the morning and half 12 hours later.
