I've a relative that insists she has had TIA's. She describes not being able to speak, not being able to move her body as well. I cannot recall any more symptoms than that at this moment, but will come back to add more if I remember my rel's symptoms.
I'd imagine that taking an aspirin at the time of a TIA would maybe, just maybe helpful, yet I'm no expert, to be sure!
