What is your actual TSH reading? Normal is different through different labs. Generally it is considered normal if in the range of .3 to 3.0. You adjust until you feel right. Never skip it. Each time the med is adjusted it can take at least four to six weeks. If your endocrinologist, not a regular doctor, is not listening, perhaps a different one will be helpful. Not all doctors know about this new target range.
