... paulputations anxiety depression, hot sweats breathlessness and tight chested generally feeling rubbish all the time ive had my bloods checked and my thyroid levels came back normal yet I still feel down and anxious all the time this only started after having my thyroid removed has anyone else experienced this even when there levels are meant to be ok?
What is your actual TSH reading? Normal is different through different labs. Generally it is considered normal if in the range of .3 to 3.0. You adjust until you feel right. Never skip it. Each time the med is adjusted it can take at least four to six weeks. If your endocrinologist, not a regular doctor, is not listening, perhaps a different one will be helpful. Not all doctors know about this new target range.
