... (roxys). I didnt really feel anything from coming clean from cocaine. But when getting clean from oxytocin, I'm definetly feeling it. I have been clean for a week and every night I sleep for about 4 hours. My muscles twitch sometimes and im getting sick about everyday. I feel alone in my quest to start my life over and I need help. Im looking for some guidance and help to overcome what im going through
Hi love i might not be much help to you as i have no idea what oxytocin is?? if i hear the street name i'l proberly know it better. Believe me though there is light at the end of the tunnel may not seem like it at the moment but please just stick at it it does get easier i was on amphetamine for nearly 20yrs my brother gave it me when i was 15yrs old i recently got my.self sorted out but was quite hard but i stuck at like you can do love
The most important thing to remember is to keep on keepin on - those dumb phrases literally go me through withdrawals from alcohol, benzos, pain med (oxys too) and even nose spray. I get addicted to everything. I have to talk to other people like on this site. Withdrawal is the hardest part but it will make you feel strong. Withdrawal is why people drink again and use again. If it wasn't for that shitty feeling the next day we probably wouldn't be so hysterial about it. It has alot of people scared and everyone is terrified of withdrawal but I guess it is the price we pay for overdoing something. Our body screams at us to give us this crap or it will 'do something'. What? puke, shit, shake. boo hoo - I always feel terribly sorry for myself and I am not underestimating it but we have to take back the power and just muddle through it. It will pass and believe it or not you do kind of forget what it feels like.if you stay clean for a year - (and longer hopefully.
However therein lies another danger. Our addictive brain then thinks it can be done again and the horrible process starts all over again and we lose the momentum we picked up going through all that. The only answer is acceptance. Accept that we cannot use or drink and that's the end of it. People in pain have a tougher time of it so I don't know your situation but most smart addicts can 'create' pain somewhere once that monkey starts screaming for drugs. Good Luck Be honest and you will be fine.
