Yesterday when I was getting out of the car I hit my head pretty hard off the top of the door frame. As the night went on I got super tired, dazed out a bit, the whole room was spinning and I got nauseous, and my head felt like it was going to explode. I got extremely scared as soon as I hit my head to begin with because I have had two concussions in the past that lasted 6 months each and because of that suffer from severe anxiety and ptsd. I told my mom how I felt last night but because of the PTSD any time I even slightly bump my head I think I have a concussion. I can't go to the ER myself because I'm a 19 year old college student and can't afford it. I can hardly stand for too long. Someone please help. Should I call my neurologist that I see for my migraines? My old concussion doctor? Or rest a few more days and see how I feel?
I think I have a concussion but I'm not sure and don't know who to turn to?

The spot where I hit it is also very sore. It feels like there's a weight on my head
