I am constantly tired. I take various medications. I have sleep apnea. I am a husband and a father. I find myself falling asleep especially in church etc. Because of having kids, I tend to have to fight to stay awake. I am also very overweight. I am 6' 2" and 330 lbs. Please help.
You have not provided enough information for anyone to confirm that adrenal fatigue is an issue. It is not even a recognised medical disorder due to vague symptoms. Maybe you are referring to adrenal insufficiency?
Are you suffering from diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, weight loss, aches and pains and or fatigue? Sleep apnea by itself is enough to cause extreme fatigue. "Various medications" is not meaningful either (your symptoms could be related to the medication) and that you are overweight tends to suggest that adrenal insufficiency is NOT the issue.
See your doctor and see if he thinks a visit to an endocrinologist would be in order. I suspect the answer is something simpler.
