& shouldn't be doing while I am pregnant ?

Congrats on the pregnancy. Have you seen the gynecologist yet? They have wonderful lists of what to do or not do. Early prenatal care is essential for a healthy baby and mom.
Be sure to avoid artificial sweeteners. They have been connected to various problems with birth development. My doctor told me this 25 years ago. Stick with a good healthy diet. Keep moving and generally about 25 pounds is the ideal weight gain. Too much weight gain can be real problems. You really don't eat for two. You eat enough for a slow weight gain. Your doctor will help you with this. A dietician visit really helped me figure out portion size. I gained 22 pounds and had a very healthy beautiful baby. I wish you the same.
The first thing that comes to mine as far as drink is absolutely no alcohol!! I would eat lots of healthy foods like fruit, fresh veggies etc, have your obgyn give you the prenatal vitamins they are important to take daily, I think I would also avoid caffiene products, and acidy foods... that's my opinion, I am not a dr., but these would be some of the things I would stay away from if I were pregnant, as well as cigarettes if u smoke... to you and a healthy baby, GOD BLESS...
