My two oldest sons are on medication for ADHD. My youngest is 7 and showing mild signs of it. I would rather not medicate him, but find a natural approach since he is so mildly ADHD. I wonder if this is a safe alternative.
Honestly mis. To take any form of a amino acid as in pharmacutical grade and not one with fillers is by far the best approach. Now the amino acid l-theanine by inself and in small quanities want do much. So my advice is give him a full spectrum of amino acids as in non essential and essintial ones. See amino acids are not only building blocks for protein but also cognitive functioning and growth. In a child as young as yours now is the time to start a nutritional program for fact his body is growing still and not yet reached puberty. The average male stops pubert around 18. My advice also is to try talking with your doctor about non stimulant treatments for add. Like mild depakote, klonipon, modafinil and maybe buspar and other calming meds. Please keep me informed at kevinghendrix. Kgh@gmail. Com. God bless.
