Could locate a pill with imprint 3 in the middle but its not oval in shape, its round & white.
Pill imprint 3 has been identified as Nitroglycerin 0.3 mg.
Nitroglycerin is used in the treatment of angina; anal fissure and fistula; heart failure; heart attack; high blood pressure (and more), and belongs to the drug classes antianginal agents, vasodilators. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy.
Nitroglycerin 0.3 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.
