i take them in the am. my b/p is still high in the pm. can i take atenolol in the am and the lisinopril in pm to see if my b.p will stay the same?
Yes, but have you heard of l-arginine. I was on 2 pills in a.m. and 2 pills in p.m. I no longer take any pills in p.m. and I'm down to 1 pill in a.m. I started using l-arginine. L-arginine is a precursor to nitric oxide, which means it converts in your cells into nitric oxide. Nitric Oxide is present in every tissue of your body. The amount of nitric oxide that you have determines how well the blood circulates. Using an l-arginine supplement increases the amount of nitric oxide, which increases the blood flow, which increase the amount of oxygen getting to all tissues in your body (heart, brain, liver and even toenails-everywhere there is blood flow). L-arginine not only improves blood pressure, but it makes your entire system work more efficiently, which also relieves stress on the heart.
