Is it true that, if you have already have some hot tea in your stomach and then take a B-vitamins supplement, the tea's heat will destroy the vitamins inside your stomach ?
From what I have found is that:
Vitamin B1 can be affected by heat.
Vitamin B2 is heat stable.
Vitamin B3 (niacin) is also heat stable.
Vitamin B5 is known to be stable in heat.
Couldn't find answer to Vitamin B6, whether its heat stable or not.
Vitamin B8 is also stable.
Vitamin B12 is stable to heat.
So by looking at it only Vitamin B1 may be affected by the heat (not sure about Vitamin B6). They rest should be fine.
