In addition to the tooth pain you now have an infection.You're going to need an anti-biotic for the infection and something for pain,a prescription is required for the anti-biotic,and for the tooth pain the only effective pain medication will also require a prescription,so see a dentist as soon as possible.Until then the only thing you can do is take over the counter pain medication like Tylenol or ibuprofen,for the pain try rubbing Orajel.
