Please no jokes please as this is something that seriously knocks my confidence and i cant even smile at my self in the mirror, most of my front teeth are fine except from the second one to the right which has a very large cavety in the back teeth have all basically decayed away
I'm not going to make jokes (I currently have an empty mouth due to long term dryness from medication for decades). The issue is, what remains of the broken teeth is not going to get better. You are probably at the removal stage already and veneers and cosmetic fillers will have an absurdly short life (less than 12 months) and it is damned expensive. Simple removal is expensive and really painful if they are fishing around for broken roots etc. You simply are 8 to 12 years too late to have an effect on your teeth and smiling without exposing the horror in your mouth is hard too. Getting a date will be almost impossible until you get implants (very expensive) or well fitting false teeth.
