Hi I am 21 and a mother to a 4 year old, 2 years ago I was diagnosed with a cervical disc disease, and was put on norco 3 times daily, as time went on I could not live a happy life unless I took these pills, I no longer want to live my life this way I want better for my daughter and I, I spoke to my doctor about a taper plan so he dropped my dose by a half, so from 3 a day to one and half a day I tried but this was still very hard I need a new plan one that minimizes the withdraw for my babys sake I need to attend her and I am all she had. Please help what would be the best taper plan, keep in mind I have a new fill so I have 90 pills right now thank you and god bless
hello and welcome s25santi, if you look at my asked questions you will find from thor, laurieshay, and i believe pattyshane. and mabe others, but there are many different ways to taper. yes thats a bit of a huge cut, whats working for me is cutting 1 pill every week, lots of stretching, massage therapy, comming here to talk and seek support. i still get withdrawls, but i just put my all into this, my dr even prescibes me zofran now, its proven to lessen the withdrawl symptoms, im also on xanax for the anxity/panic that i get even more now and also to help produce sleep. insomnia for me at this time is horrible. well hang in there
