If they test for individual drugs then yes, it will. If they test for drug groups (like Opioids, amphetamines, benzodiazepines etc) then it may not. Talwin NX is a very different drug than morphine. They are both considered opioid analgesics but they work very differently in the body. If a person is dependent on morphine and they are given Talwin or Talwin NX they can have withdrawal effects. I'm not sure how court ordered tests are done-if they test for just the major drug groups or if they test for individual substances.
