I know it is difficult to talk about anxiety and how it affects our lives, but it is worth the effort. There are medications that can help, as well as talk therapy with a counselor. It is worth the plunge so make that appointment and simply explain your symptoms to the doctor. He/she will understand.

I find that when I go to the dr, everything I wanted goes out of my brain. Write a note ahead of time, if you can't talk about it, show him the note.

Writing down what you need to say to the doctor helps immensely, just as the previous poster said. I do this and it really does help. The only way to talk to your doctor is to TALK to him/her. Do it. Let us know how it goes.
