Either in the morning or daytime. Once I take a nap I wake up with heart palapatations and gagging ( nauseous). Anyone experience this?
There are other medicines for anxiety that you don't mention. Talk to your Dr. about your present meds not covering your anxiety and ask what can be done. I have an anxiety disorder which means anxiety 24/7 and my anxiety is managed 24/7. It's not necessary to wake up with symptoms. You can live a peaceful life but you must get your Dr. to do his/her part. If you're seeing a generalist, you may have to switch to a psychiatrist for answers. Best wishes to you!
Chindian; you already have some real good answers here. But if that continues check with your doctor again you should not have to put up with that.Have you tried crackers before you lay down. And make sure you get up very slowly to avoid all the acid from coming up and your blood pressure rush that happens at times worth a try.Hope you get some results soon on the zoloft yes all of those take awhile to get a good blood level but at the same time you can get some benifits sooner. hold on it does get better.and it is not uncommon to have to take more than one medication. Hi. Seems like you're going through unnecessary problems. I too have o.c.d.'s and severe anxiety. The one thing that I noticed is I have severe panic disorder, and many of your symptoms seem similar to that. Maybe it's side effects from your meds, but I would talk to your doc to make sure you don't have panic disorder. Hope not, but hope that someone can help you figure this out! Good Luck To You! ~Take Care~
