... anyone experienced any problems?
You need to coordinate with the Dr who orders your Xarelto. They may want you on an alternate drug in the meantime depending on the reasons for taking it so just be sure you notify your prescribing Dr well ahead of the surgery so you can find out what to do. Dont just go off the medicine without notifying your prescribing Dr that the dentist wants you off the medicine for 3 days. He/She can decide if it is safe just to go off the drug for 3 days then resume it or if you need a medication to "bridge" the gap.
