Have you been eating right and doing exercise to? You can't just take a pill and expect the pounds to fall off. Yeah, you might lose a few, but it probably won't be a lot. My doctor said his father in law has been taking Qsymia for 3 months and has lost only 8 pounds but he hasn't been exercising.
I have also been taking Qsymia for 3 weeks and I have lost 14 pounds. But I have been exercising too. I try to walk at least 3 miles a day. Nothing hard core, but at least something. It takes me about 45 minutes a day. I also cut my portion size down a lot. I've been doing the slim fast diet with a small dinner. It seems to be working.
BTW... when I started I weighed 238, was 5'11 and had a BMI of 33.2.
I now weigh 224 and couldn't be happier, it feels like I am losing a pound every other day. I have tried diets and exercise in the past with some success, but nothing like this. I swear this has kick started off my new year.
Only bad thing is the cost. $150/month.
