Any medication we ingest is filtered by our liver and/or kidneys. So, I suppose I'd have to say that Prozac does affect our livers, but doing damage is another thing altogether.
This is a good question to ask your doctor, nankie. She/he can give you a detailed answer and ideally she/he should be testing your blood once every year (to twice yearly) to detect any liver damage.
