before I started it I weighed 231 and 2 months later I weigh 211. I think i am eating healthy, i eat protein for breakfast, protein vegetables and fruits for dinner and lunch, and i excersise almost everyday.
A good healthy weight loss is 1-2lbs a week. Any faster and you are losing water and too much muscle. 10lbs a month is a good weight loss. Your hard work is paying off. You didnt become 231 overnight and you certainly wont lose it over night. I know it is frustrating but you have to think of it as a lifestyle, not a diet.
