When I weighed myself this morning I am 11st. 13lbs so no weight lost. I have been sticking to very low fat foods so haven't been surprised to not have any side effects. What am I doing wrong that I'm not losing anything.
This is the usual Adult Dose for Obesity:
"120 mg orally three times a day with each main meal containing fat. The dose may be taken during the meal or within 1 hour of completing the meal." Is this how you've been taking it? I suspect the low amount of fat in your meals has taken away the drug's ability to help you. It only works to direct fat out of your system without it being absorbed. I suggest another kind of drug, an appetite suppressant, be tried. It's still a matter of trial and error to find the one that works for you with the least side effects. Hopefully that will be the 1st one you try.
