Doctor directed me to take 40mg of omeprazole in the morning and 40mg in the evening. I don't know why I have to take 80mg of omeprazole a day for a month, whereas most other patients take much less. I have changed my lifestyle and eat more helthy food and no acid reflux causing food. My condition has improved tremendously. I intend to reduce the intake of omeprazole to half the amount, how do I do it.
