I had unprotected sex on the 3rd and 4th of jan (friday and saturday), and took the 4 nordette morning after pills on the 5th (sunday) at 2am, and the remaining 4 pills, 14 hours later, at 430pm. I had unprotected sex again on the 7th and 8th (tuesday and wednesday). What must I do now to avoid pregnancy?
You should not be using them like that so often. You can't just keep having unprotected sex and using them. You need to get on regular birth control or stop having unprotected sex. Taking them like that is for emergency contraception like rape or broken condom, not just because you didn't bother with protection. You'll need another dose now, but stop doing that and get on regular birth control.
