My wife has been on lithium - 750 mg (started with 600 per day) for manic depression. She is also taking Lexapro, Klonopin (at night). Been taking Lithium for about 7 weeks, Lexapro over a year and Klonopin for a number of years. The mornings are the toughest for her with crying spells and severely depressed until about noon... She gets better in the afternoon, not 100% but she does improve. Any ideas what she can take or do to eliminate this feeling in the morning for her? Lithium levels are fine, Can't shake off the mornings? Thanks
