I've recently begun gabapentin for RLS and neuropathy. I haven't experienced nighttime incontinence, and I'm sorry you hear that you and others have. I don't have an answer, but I wanted you to know that I'm cheering for you. Also, remember there are special mattress pads and disposable underwear that you might consider using at night so as to not inconvenience your bedmate. It's not just plastic sheets like in the 1970's.
Take care and good luck

Have you checked what used to be called adult diapers lately? They have changed!
I wouldn't say sexy but cute and functional. You step into them,no heavy plastic at
all, pretty colors and no panty lines because they don't dig into your skin. One even has a swan on the top! They are a tad expensive so what I do is take an overnight,extra-length and change it several times a day. Just the liner. At night, I repeat using a new set-up. So I'm using 2 undies a day. AND watch for those coupons. It saves laundry bills too. :)
Of course, avoid drinking fluids a few hours before bed.
I was once on the same medicine and I did the same thing several times. I went off of it because my Doctor never gave me any kind of an answer about it. But the medicine also made my legs swell and my hands. I also had an appetite that was unreal. I hope it will work out for you and I will keep you in my prayers.
