When in conversation, can't remember simple things like places or names of fruit or vegetables. Just yesterday I couldn't remember in conversation that I read a chapter in the bible daily; I just could think of paragraph.
That has nothing to do with the iron. Its stress and lack of sleep and generally just aging. Sometimes its a symptom of a disease, like fibro. I have it so bad, when my bf was alive he'd finish the sentence for me. Now that I'm retired, its not so bad, I'm not so stressed and I get enough sleep.
