Anxiety through the roof! I’ve been on 1200 mgs of Seroquel and lived. But I want to bump up Effexor to see if it is working with the brief reprieve I get with Xanax 0.5mg for awful anxiety attacks. I'm new to anti-anxiety meds.
I don't know what to do I am taking Effexor only 37.5 mg and 400 mgs of Seroquel. And .5 mg xanax?
