Butterfly; No problem with this combination, It is used just like the combination your asking. The main thing is to make sure you take them just as prescribed. And remember some people when you first start the Sertraline some of the reasons you are taking it for can increase but it is only temporary.The fist week or two can be a bit hard for some people just keep taking it and remember to take it about the same time each day.And it starts getting much better once you are on it for 3 plus weeks,But it can take 6 to 8 weeks to reach the full blood level of this medication. good luck to you Chuck1957
