Taking cymbalta 60 mg for panic disorder...Is it normal to feel more anxiety at the biginning???

Hi Becky-
It is not uncommon for antidepressants to increase anxiety and depression before they start to work. Usually the side effects decrease after a few weeks. If it is unbearable you can ask your doctor for something short term to help with the anxiety. Keep in mind that it can take 4-8 weeks for it to reach a therapeutic level.
